Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)
August 14, 2012
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Crockett, Ensign, Oswald, Trinklein, and 21 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the July 10, 2012 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $27,423.17 in the general fund, $27,573.93 in the fire fund, $188.19 in the liquor fund, $8,400.00 in the sanitation fund, and $12,914.60 in the water fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and township parks reports were heard.
Approved by roll call vote the 2011/2012 annual audited financial statements by Andrews Hooper Pavlik after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Approved certified abandoned property resolution after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:37 pm by Supervisor Wray.
