Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)
August 9, 2011
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, with Ensign absent and 14 guests present.
The agenda was approved as amended after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the July 12, 2011 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $13,331.02 in the general fund, $23,871.33 in the fire fund, $188.19 in the liquor fund, $640.75 in the water fund, and $12,922.74 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein.
