Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
August 9, 2016
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Thornton, Crockett, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 17 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the July 12, 2016 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $24,088.20 in the general fund, $6,695.51 in the fire fund, $12,597.31 in the sanitation fund, and $197.02 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Thornton and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved application of Jeff Crowder as voluntary fire fighter after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:57 pm by Supervisor Wray.
