Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
December 10, 2024
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order at 7:00 pm with Fales, Wilson, Oswald, Meredith, Wirtz, and 5 guests present.
The agenda was approved as amended after motioned by Meredith and seconded by Oswald.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the November 12, 2024 regular board meeting were approved after motioned by Meredith and seconded by Oswald.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $17,975.26 in the general fund, $12,035.69 in the fire fund, $114,349.76 in the road fund, and $216.46 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motioned by Oswald and seconded by Wilson.

Steve Marker will continue as Ordinance Enforcement Office, through 12/31/2026.
All appointments were approved unanimously after motioned by Oswald, seconded by Wilson.
2025 Lincoln Twp Road Maintenance discussed. Further discussion on this will occur at January 2025 mtg.
Board of Review Training attendance by Steve King approved, after motioned by Meredith and seconded by Oswald.
Board’s attendance at annual MTA convention proposed. Motioned by Wilson, seconded by Fales. Roll Call vote: Fales/Yes; Wilson/Yes; Oswald/Yes; Meredith/Yes, Wirtz/Yes.
Intergovernmental sidewalk maintenance agreement on M30/shared between Lincoln Twp and Jerome Twp. Jerome provided preliminary draft of joint responsibility agreement; not yet reviewed and approved by counsel. Will be discussed further once revisions are drafted and approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:46 pm by Supervisor Fales.
