Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
December 11, 2018
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett, and 8 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the November 13, 2018 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $253,158.90 in the general fund, $3,472.42 in the fire fund, $10,225.50 in the sanitation fund, and $204.85 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Duford. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved by roll call vote meeting dates for 2019 after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Reappointed Reid Duford to the Planning Commission thru 12/31/21 after motion by Wray and second by Trinklein.
Reappointed Sue Ensign to the Planning Commission thru 12/31/21 after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Reappointed Monty McCann to Zoning Board of Appeals thru 12/31/21 after motion by Wray and second by Trinklein.
Adopted proposed fee schedule for planning activities after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Adopted resolution of Ordinance 18-04 by roll call vote amending zoning ordinance after motion by Wray and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Approved $133,500 of town hall addition to be paid by fire fund as funds are available after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
Approved payment of progress billing #5 from Three Rivers Corporation for township hall additions in the amount of $44,257.50 after motion by Ensign and second by Duford.
Approved purchase of Ricoh MP 2555 multi-use copier in the amount of $2,131 after motion by Duford and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:53 pm by Supervisor Wray.
