Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)

December 14, 2010

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 19 guests.

Motion: Carried

The agenda was approved after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett.

Motion: Carried 5 to 0, roll call

Accepted proposal from Crescent Consulting for zoning text updates to the zoning ordinance for $1,875, with an additional cost of $1,300 for a procedures manual, by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.

Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
