Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
December 8, 2015
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Crockett, Thornton, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 12 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the November 10, 2015 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Thornton.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $26,646.74 in the general fund, $3,886.53 in the fire fund, $197.02 in the liquor fund, and $9,336.48 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, parks committee, and solid waste reports were heard.
Approved 2016 board meeting dates as presented after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Approved attendance to MTA conference on board of review training after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Reappointed Reid Duford to the Planning Commission thru 12/31/18 after motion by Wray and second by Ensign.
Reappointed Monty McCann to Zoning Board of Appeals thru 12/31/18 after motion by Wray and second by Thornton.
Appointed Vanda Yaroch, Lucille Smith, and Kimberly Oswald to the Board of Review thru 12/31/17 after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Approved sending the Jerome Township Master Plan draft to the planning commission for their review and comments after motion by Wray and second by Trinklein.
Adopted burning ordinance by roll call vote after motion by Wray and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:01 pm by Supervisor Wray.
