Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
December 8, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order through a teleconference (as allowed by the Governor of Michigan Executive Order 2020-15) by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Sczepanski, Fales, Crockett and 2 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the November 10, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $18,756.70 in the general fund, $3,961.02 in the fire fund, $21,162.12 in the sanitation fund, and $204.75 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved by roll call vote meeting dates for 2021 after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski. Crockett-yes; Fales-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Appointed Brett Fales as the board representative to the Planning Commission thru 12/31/21 after motion by Wray and second by Crockett. Reappointed Andy Acker and Jamie Crockett to the Planning Commission thru 12/31/23 after motion by Wray and second by Sczepanski. Reappointed Reid Duford to the zoning board of appeals thru 12/31/23 after motion by Wray and second by Crockett. Reappointed Robert Marks, Richard Marks and Dave Wasalaski to the fire department positions thru 12/31/22 after motion by Wray and second by Fales. Reappointed Steve Marker as Code Enforcement Officer through 12/31/22 after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:22 pm by Supervisor Wray.
