Meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. with partial board and 6 guests present.
Supervisor Fales absent; motion made/approved unanimous for Treasurer Oswald to chair meeting.
Agenda was approved as presented.
Public comment held. March Board of Review dates presented and posted.
Correspondence presented/discussed.
Minutes of January 13, 2026 meeting approved as presented.
Clerk’s report given. Treasurer’s report given. Bills approved/paid with unanimous roll call vote.
Fire department report given; 13 runs for month of January.
Two ceiling fans in fire barn need repair; not working properly. Nothing to report for Planning Committee report.
Building Inspector report given; one new permit issued.
Two cameras focused on pavilion are not operating. Treasurer to contact Veterans Alarm to schedule maintenance/repair.
Ordinance Enforcement report given; Five new blight violations; two court dates coming up for previous complaints.
Solid Waste and Parks had nothing to report. Water Authority informed board that Lee water tower may be painted this year.
MACF TOWN Grant of $5K still available.
No estimate yet from Brandle Roofing; they agreed to provide Supervisor with estimate to repair low spot in roof.
Street light at M-30/Sanford Legion discussed. Supervisor following up with Consumers about pole replacement at minimum cost.
Salary Resolution approved unanimous for 2026—across-the-board 3% raise for all employees.
Poverty guidelines resolution approved unanimous. Posted on bulletin board.
Budget & Truth and Taxation meeting set for Tuesday March 24th at 6 p.m.
