Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
February 11, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett and 10 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the January 14, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Duford.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $14,597.29 in the general fund, $6,114.30 in the fire fund, $10,824.55 in the sanitation fund, and $210.21 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved private road agreements with Midland County Road Commission through 2022 for Pine Ridge Drive and Brink/Antique/Retreat Drives after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
Approved placing building and emergency services one mill renewal on the August 2020 ballot after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
