Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
February 12, 2019
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, and Ensign present, Crockett absent, and 9 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the January 8, 2019 regular board meeting were not approved due to incorrect minutes in board packet.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $43,189.32 in the general fund, $5,015.70 in the fire fund, $13,595.68 in the sanitation fund, and $521.85 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Duford. Crockett-absent; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Adopted resolution 021219 adopting the five-year update of the Midland County Hazard Mitigation Plan after motion by Duford and second by Ensign.
Approved by roll call vote the 2019/20 salary resolutions calling for a 2% increase in the salaries of the supervisor, clerk, treasurer, and trustees after motion by Trinklein and second by Duford. Crockett-absent; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Set budget workshop for 3/19/19 at 6 pm.
Set budget and truth in taxation public hearing for 3/21/19 at 6 pm.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:23 pm by Supervisor Wray.
