LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING
FEBRUARY 13, 2007
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor with all present and 17 guest. The agenda was approved after motion by Oswald.
Public hearing opened at 7:04 for Industrial Equipment tax exemption for Modern Metal Craft. Request was explained and owner addressed the board. Hearing was closed at 7:12.
Motion by Ensign to allow above request. Roll call vote: Briggs - YES, Wray - YES, Oswald - YES, Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES. Approved unanimously.
Correspondence was read regarding Walk for Warmth letter, Drain Commission letter, and right to farm seminar.
The minutes of January meeting were approved after motion by Oswald.
Motion to by bills by Ensign. Roll call vote: Ensign - YES, Hughes - YES, Oswald - YES, Wray - YES, Briggs - YES. Approved unanimously.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, and water district reports were heard.

Motion by Wray to approve resolution to set Clerk salary at $15,655.00 for 2007-2008. Roll call vote: Oswald - YES, Ensign - YES, Wray - YES, Briggs - NO, Hughes - YES. Approved.
Motion by Wray to approve resolution to set Treasurer salary at $14,943. 00 and $5000.00 for summer tax collection. Roll call vote: Hughes - YES, Ensign - YES, Briggs - NO, Oswald - YES, Wray - YES. Approved.
