Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)

February 14, 2023

The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Sczepanski, Crockett, Trinklein and 7 guests present, and Fales absent.

Motion: Carried

The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.

Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.

The minutes of the January 10, 2023 regular board meeting were amended and approved after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski.

The treasurer's report was heard.

Motion: Carried 4 to 0, roll call

Payment of bills in the amount of $19,522.99 in the general fund, $118,860.36 in the fire fund, $17,240.51 in the sanitation fund, $7,508.61 in the water fund, and $219.65 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Crockett. The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
