Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)
February 8, 2011
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 11 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the January 11, 2011 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $28,419.50 in the general fund, $17,928.93 in the fire fund, $446.79 in the liquor fund, and $12,817.65 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign. The fire department, planning committee, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.
Approved setting budget workshop date for 3/15/11 at 6:30pm after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Approved setting budget hearing/truth in taxation date for 3/22/11 at 6:30pm after motion by Ensign and second by Oswald.
Resolution for no increase in supervisor, clerk, treasurer, and trustee salaries was approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Crockett. Oswald-yes; Crockett-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
