Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
January 10, 2017
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Duford, Crockett, Ensign, Wray, Trinklein and 17 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Correspondence was read.
The minutes of the December 13, 2016 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $32,466.29 in the general fund, $2,985.99 in the fire fund, $9,616.32 in the sanitation fund, and $502.42 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Appointed Kevin Wray and Roger Crockett as township representatives to Water District #1 of Midland County after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Approved attendance and expenditures to MTA annual education conference after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Approved attendance to MTA budget seminar after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein.
Approved attendance to MACEO education conference after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:56 pm by Supervisor Wray.
