January 12, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order through a teleconference (as allowed by the Governor of Michigan Executive Order 2020-15) by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Sczepanski, Fales, Crockett and 4 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the December 8, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $40,266.32 in the general fund, $3,377.08 in the fire fund, $10,986.36 in the sanitation fund, and $529.04 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales.
The fire department, planning commission, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Reviewed third quarter financial statements present actual results vs. budget vs. prior year results.
