Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
July 10, 2018
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Ensign, Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Crockett, and 15 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the June 12, 2018 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $14,681.79 in the general fund, $2,009.11 in the fire fund, $9,928.00 in the sanitation fund, and $204.85 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved entering into contract with Spicer Group for update of Lincoln Township Recreation Plan for $5,100 after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:32 pm by Supervisor Wray.
