Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
July 11, 2023
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Wray at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Fales, Crockett, Sczepanski, Trinklein and 14 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Fales and second by Sczepanski.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the June 12, 2023 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $34,480.58 in the general fund, $4,206.99 in the fire fund, $12,310.50 in the sanitation fund, and $224.52 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved Consumer Energy franchise agreement after motion by Fales and second by Sczepanski.
Approved by roll call vote Midstate Recreation quotation for dog park in the amount of $22,541 after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:32 pm by Trustee Fales.
