Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)
July 12, 2011
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 15 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the June 14, 2011 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $20,752.69 in the general fund, $1,661.76 in the fire fund, $188.19 in the liquor fund, and $8,416.20 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.
Approved by roll call vote placing a moratorium on medical marihuana dispensaries and clubs for a 6-month period beginning July 12, 2011 after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:18 pm by Supervisor Wray.
