LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES
July 13, 2010
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 16 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
Heard 2009/2010 audit presentation from Andrews, Hooper, and Pavlik.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the June 8, 2010 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Oswald and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $19,430.79 in the general fund, $1,314.77 in the fire fund, 157.59 in the liquor fund, and $11,922.93 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.
Discussed first quarter budget review.
Approved appointing Mark Thornton to the planning commission after motion by Wray and second by Oswald.
Discussed getting price for updating zoning ordinances.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:27 pm by Supervisor Wray.
