Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
July 13, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Clerk at 7:00 pm, with Wray absent and Trinklein, Sczepanski, Fales, Crockett and 9 guests present.
Appointed Trustee Crockett to conduct the meeting in the absence of Supervisor Wray after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
Heard and received the 2020/21 audit after presentation by Weinlander Fitzhugh.
The minutes of the June 8, 2021 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $29,754.35 in the general fund, $2,081.06 in the fire fund, $8,808.03 in the sanitation fund, and $210.45 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-absent.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved proposal from KJP Sales, Inc. for vinyl fencing around the generator and dumpster in the amount of $2,760 after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
Approved website redesign proposal from Kaden Thompson in the amount of $1,800 after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:07 pm by Trustee Crockett.
