Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
July 14, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett and 11 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the June 9, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Duford.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $51,146.24 in the general fund, $4,535.85 in the fire fund, $10,581.06 in the sanitation fund, and $194.98 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Discussion held on scrap tire collection, Midland Area Community Foundation TOWN grant, and notice of claims for defective sewage disposal system.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:48 pm by Supervisor Wray.
