Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
July 9, 2019
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Crockett, and 16 guests present, and Ensign absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the June 11, 2019 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $18,995.89 in the general fund, $1,555.41 in the fire fund, $10,225.50 in the sanitation fund, and $210.21 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Duford and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-absent; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard. There was not a planning commission report.
Received and filed the 2018/19 financial audit presentation.
Approved attendance to MTA planning seminar after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Approved motion to decline adopting (opting-out) an ordinance authorizing any of the five types of medical marihuana facilities authorized by PA 281 of 2016 after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:58 pm by Supervisor Wray.
