Township Board Meeting Minutes — June 10, 2025

Meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. with full board and fourteen guests present.

Agenda was accepted as presented.

Public comment held. Operation of M30 bridge lights not resolved.

MERS rep thanked for presentation and materials.

Correspondence presented and discussed.

Minutes of 5-13-2025 approved as read.

Treasurer’s report presented and approved.

Bills presented; unanimously approved for payment.

Fire department report presented.

Planning commission/Building Inspector/Water Authority/Solid Waste/Township Parks reports presented.

Three new building permits issued.

Kaden Thompson appointed as new township webmaster.

MERS contract amendment approved and signed.

MS4 app update discussed and tabled.

Lincoln Township FD actively seeking new recruits.

Memo of Understanding between Lincoln FD and Jerome FD discussed; approved as presented for signature.

Tire Collection Day is July 12 at Lincoln Township Hall from 9-1. Approved unanimous.

Investment Policy Resolution approved unanimous.
