June 12, 2018
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Ensign, Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Crockett, and 13 guests present.
The agenda as amended was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 8, 2018 regular board meeting and May 22, 2018 special board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $28,028.57 in the general fund, $2,315.95 in the fire fund, $13,498.90 in the sanitation fund, and $204.85 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
2017/2018 financial audit was presented by Weinlander Fitzhugh.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar on planning and zoning after motion by Wray and second by Ensign.
Appointed Jamie Crockett to planning commission for term of 7/1/2018 to 6/30/2020 after motion by Wray and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:04 pm by Supervisor Wray.
