Board Meeting Minutes (Proposed)
June 14, 2011
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, Oswald and Trinklein present, and 15 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 10, 2011 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $16,242.81 in the general fund, $4,400.73 in the fire fund, $188.19 in the liquor fund, and $8,416.20 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Oswald-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The 2010-2011 audit report was presented by representatives from Andrews, Hooper & Pavlik.
The fire department, planning committee, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.
Set scrap tire collection date for July 16, 2011 from 9am to 3pm at the township hall after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Crockett and second by Oswald.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm by Supervisor Wray.
