Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
June 14, 2022
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Clerk at 7:00 pm, with Trinklein, Crockett, Fales, and Sczepanski present, Wray absent, and 8 guests present.
Roger Crockett was approved to conduct the meeting after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 10, 2022 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Fales and second by Sczepanski.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $78,343.76 in the general fund, $8,286.33 in the fire fund, $11,623.20 in the sanitation fund, $225.80 in the water fund, and $576.87 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-absent.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MTA seminars after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:36 pm by Crockett.
