Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
June 8, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Sczepanski, Fales, Crockett and 5 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 11, 2021 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Fales and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $23,633.47 in the general fund, $10,387.06 in the fire fund, $10,986.36 in the sanitation fund, and $242.37 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Set scrap tire collection date for July 10, 2021.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:23 pm by Supervisor Wray.
