Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
June 9, 2015
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Crockett, Thornton, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 14 guests present.
The agenda as amended was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 12, 2015 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $24,397.94 in the general fund, $4,095.24 in the fire fund, $197.02 in the liquor fund, and $9,065.12 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, parks committee, and solid waste reports were heard.
Adopted Water District #1 of Midland County articles of incorporation resolution after motion by Wray and second by Thornton.
Adopted Freedom of Information Act policy and procedures after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Approved park equipment purchases of 2 picnic tables, two trash receptacles, bike rack and doggie cleanup station in total amount of $4,323.25 after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:25 pm by Supervisor Wray.
