Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
June 9, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett and 9 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Duford.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the May 12, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $20,194.06 in the general fund, $3,041.63 in the fire fund, $10,581.06 in the sanitation fund, and $187.04 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Wray and second by Ensign.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved unanimously by roll call vote a proposal from Burnham & Flower Insurance Group for insurance effective 5/1/2020 and payment of premium in amount of $11,178.00 after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Approved unanimously by roll call vote to pay Michigan Township Association for yearly dues in the amount of $1,762.15 after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:43 pm by Supervisor Wray.
