Board Meeting Minutes
June 9th, 2026
UNAPPROVED
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the supervisor at 7:00pm with Fales, Oswald, King, Wirtz Meredith and 9 guests present.
The Agenda was approved after motion by Wirtz and second by Meredith
Public comments were held and correspondence was read
The minutes of the May 12th, 2026 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Meredith and second by Wirtz
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills for the general fund, the fire fund, the sanitation fund, and the liquor fund were read and approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Meredith and second by Oswald. Wirtz-Yes; King-Yes; Oswald-Yes; Fales-Yes; Meredith-Yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and township park reports were heard.
Old Business Items
MACF TOWN Grant, matching $5K for a project deadline is anytime.
Received bid from Brandle Roofing for roof modifications and repairs. Unanimously approved installation of Saddle by Penthouse Area for $8,100 after motion by Oswald and second by Wirtz
New Business Items
Approved tire drive date for Saturday July 18th after motion by Wirtz and second by Meredith.
Looking into options for an electronic database for documentation not needing a hard copy retained.
Requested fire department give options with total cost for a brush truck at the next monthly board meeting.
Discussed a new pay voucher policy and chose not to change anything at this time.
