May 10, 2016
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Crockett, Thornton, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 16 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the April 12, 2016 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.

Approved relocating overhead utility lines to underground based on proposal from Valley Electrical Contractors, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $2,950 after motion by Thornton and second by Ensign.
Approved resurfacing of parking lot proposal from L. M. Satkowiak & Sons for an amount not to exceed $45,600 after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
