LINCOLN TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES
May 11, 2010
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Crockett, and Trinklein present, (Oswald absent) and 16 guests.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the April 13, 2010 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard as presented by Supervisor Wray.
Payment of bills in the amount of $17,844.63 in the general fund, $5,023.40 in the fire fund, 157.59 in the liquor fund, and $11,911.38 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Oswald-absent; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning committee, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, and solid waste reports were heard.
Approved attendance at MTA seminar after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Approved attendance at MCTOA June dinner meeting after motion by Wray and second by Ensign.
Approved by roll call vote entering into water agreement with Larkin Township after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Oswald-absent; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
Accepted resignation of Chris Clark from the zoning board of appeals after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:27 pm by Supervisor Wray.
