Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
May 11, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Sczepanski, Fales, Crockett and 10 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the April 13, 2021 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $96,412.30 in the general fund, $2,959.83 in the fire fund, $15,485.02 in the sanitation fund, and $240.69 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Crockett. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved quote from Burnham & Flower for insurance package including terrorism coverage in the amount of $12,205 after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
Approved request from Crazy Vines Winery LLC after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:52 pm by Supervisor Wray.
