Board Meeting Minutes
May 12th, 2026
UNAPPROVED
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the supervisor at 7:00pm with Fales, Oswald, King, Wirtz Meredith and 6 guests present.
The Agenda was approved after motion by Meredith and second by Wirtz
Public comments were held and correspondence was read
The minutes of the April 14, 2026 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Meredith and second by Oswald
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills for the general fund, the fire fund, the sanitation fund, and the liquor fund were read and approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Meredith and second by Wirtz. Wirtz-Yes; King-Yes; Oswald-Yes; Fales-Yes; Meredith-Yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.

Approved Kim Oswald to represent as a MCTOA MCRC committee member after motion by Meredith and second by King.
Approved Nate Meredith to attend the MCTOA June general membership meeting after motion by Wirtz and second by Oswald.
Approved application from Fire Fighter Mitchell Hartley after motion by Oswald and second by Wirtz.
