Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
May 9, 2023
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Wray at 7:00 pm, with Sczepanski, Trinklein, Wray and 13 guests present, and Crockett and Fales absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the April 12, 2023 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Sczepanski and second by Wray.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $19,420.72 in the general fund, $2,808.94 in the fire fund, $17,407.38 in the sanitation fund, and $227.86 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Trinklein. Crockett-absent; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-absent; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to the MCTOA June dinner meeting after motion by Sczepanski and second by Trinklein.
Approved insurance quote from Burnham & Flower insurance group after motion by Wray and second by Sczepanski.
Set tire collection day for July 15th, 2023, after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
