Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
November 10, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Crockett and 13 guests present, with Ensign absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Duford and second by Trinklein.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 13, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Duford.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $90,338.32 in the general fund, $5,976.39 in the fire fund, $5,873.25 in the sanitation fund, and $208.32 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved any new board member training through MTA after motion by Trinklein and second by Wray.
Approved removing Deanna Duford and Reid Duford as authorized signers on all bank accounts held at Members First Credit Union and Wildfire Credit Union and adding Joy Sczepanski, Treasurer and her designated Deputy Treasurer as authorized signers on all bank accounts held at Members First Credit Union and Wildfire Credit Union, and approved designating Mark Trinklein, Clerk and Joy Sczepanski, Treasurer as principle members on all bank accounts held at Members First Credit Union and Wildfire Credit Union after motion by Wray and second by Duford.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 pm by Supervisor Wray.
