Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
November 12, 2013
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Trinklein, Crockett, Thornton, and 14 guests present.
The agenda as amended was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 8, 2013 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $25,572.53 in the general fund, $1,793.26 in the fire fund, $191.34 in the liquor fund, and $12,490.61 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, parks committee, and solid waste reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MTA education workshop after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:47pm by Supervisor Wray.
