Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
November 12, 2019
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett and 8 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 8, 2019 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $65,890.76 in the general fund, $7,080.87 in the fire fund, $15,636.70 in the sanitation fund, and $210.21 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MCTOA winter dinner meeting after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:34 pm by Supervisor Wray.
