Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
November 14, 2023
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order at 7:00 pm, with Fales, Crockett, Sczepanski, Trinklein and 8 guests present, and Wray absent. Trustee Fales was appointed to run the meeting after motion by Trinklein and second by Sczepanski.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 10, 2023 regular board meeting were approved with changes after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $85,208.38 in the general fund, $7,448.01 in the fire fund, $17,172.01 in the sanitation fund, and $227.86 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Fales and second by Sczepanski. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-absent.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MCTOA holiday dinner meeting after motion by Crockett and second by Sczepanski.
Approved attendance to MTA educational seminars after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:19 pm by acting Supervisor Fales.
