Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
November 15, 2016
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Thornton absent, Crockett, Ensign, Wray, Trinklein and 10 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 11, 2016 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Trinklein.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $19,500.18 in the general fund, $6,598.48 in the fire fund, $13,013.67 in the sanitation fund, and $197.02 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign. The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved removing AnnMarie Thornton and Mark Thornton as authorized signers on all bank accounts held at Members First Credit Union, and adding Deanna Duford, Treasurer and Reid Duford, Deputy Treasurer as authorized signers on all bank accounts held at Members First Credit Union after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Approved designating Mark Trinklein, Clerk and Deanna Duford, Treasurer as principle members on all bank accounts held at Members First Credit Union after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Approved attendance to MCTOA dinner meeting after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Approved spending up to $800 with Spicer Group on preliminary plans and budget for ball field after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:38 pm by Supervisor Wray.
