Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
November 9, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Crockett, Fales and Sczepanski present, and Trinklein absent, and 6 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 12, 2021 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Fales and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $18,792.72 in the general fund, $1,799.02 in the fire fund, $15,284.73 in the sanitation fund, and $206.69 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Sczepanski and second by Fales. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-yes; Fales-yes; Trinklein-absent; Wray-yes.
Approved changes to bank accounts by adding ARPA account and deleting Veteran’s Memorial account at Members First Credit Union after motion by Sczepanski and second by Wray.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MCTOA winter dinner meeting after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:37 pm by Supervisor Wray.
