Lincoln Township
Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
November 11, 2022
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Fales, Crockett and 9 guests present, and Sczepanski absent.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the October 10, 2022 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Fales and second by Crockett.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $63,468.78 in the general fund, $3,440.63 in the fire fund, $15,919.32 in the sanitation fund, and $226.15 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Fales and second by Trinklein. Crockett-yes; Sczepanski-absent; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved final progress billing from Three Rivers Corporation for township hall addition and renovations in the amount of $44,710.00 after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
Approved a resolution to apply for a risk reduction grant from the Par Plan after motion by Crockett and second by Fales.
Approved attendance to MCTOA winter dinner meeting after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
Approved signing amended sanitation contract with Republic Waste Services which added bi-weekly recycling pickup for an additional $1.00 per parcel per month after motion by Fales and second by Crockett. Approved raising annual assessment for residential sanitation pickup services to $175.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm by Supervisor Wray.
