Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
October 11, 2016
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Thornton, Crockett, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 15 guests present.
The agenda as amended was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the September 13, 2016 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $30,185.59 in the general fund, $1,909.01 in the fire fund, $9,336.48 in the sanitation fund, and $197.02 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Thornton and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved text changes regarding resource extraction (Section 7.18(d)(1)) of the Lincoln Township zoning ordinance after motion by Wray and second by Crockett.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:44 pm by Supervisor Wray.
