Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
October 12, 2021
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, and Fales present Sczepanski and Crockett absent, and 6 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the September 14, 2021 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Fales and second by Trinklein.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $18,663.73 in the general fund, $4,023.89 in the fire fund, $10,986.36 in the sanitation fund, and $210.89 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales. Crockett-absent; Sczepanski-absent; Fales-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved setting special assessment for solid waste services at $168 for the 2021/22 tax billing period after motion by Trinklein and second by Fales.
Approved attendance to MTA retreats after motion by Wray and second by Trinklein.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:18 pm by Supervisor Wray.
