Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
October 13, 2015
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Crockett, Thornton, Ensign, Wray, and Trinklein, and 13 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the September 8, 2015 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
The minutes of the September 29, 2015 special board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $55,153.95 in the general fund, $7,554.86 in the fire fund, $197.02 in the liquor fund, and $9,065.12 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton. The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, parks committee, and solid waste reports were heard.

Approved attendance to MTA annual education conference after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Approved amendment of the Lincoln Township-Larkin Township water franchise agreement allowing and identifying a second connection to the Lincoln Township water line after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
