Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
October 13, 2020
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett and 10 guests present.
The agenda was approved as amended after motion by Ensign and second by Crockett.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the September 8, 2020 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $16,169.19 in the general fund, $1,840.54 in the fire fund, $10,581.06 in the sanitation fund, and $204.87 in the liquor fund were approved unanimously by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Duford.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Discussed paying only $285 on camera system service invoice from Securecom.
Approved new camera system and NVR quote from Veteran’s Alarm in the amount of $3,476.35 after motion by Wray and second by Duford.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:33 pm by Supervisor Wray.
