Board Meeting Minutes (proposed)
October 14, 2014
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Supervisor at 7:00 pm, with Wray, Ensign, Trinklein, Crockett, Thornton, and 13 guests present.
The agenda was approved after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the September 9, 2014 regular board meeting were approved after motion by Crockett and second by Ensign.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $113,698.49 in the general fund, $2,740.24 in the fire fund, $194.55 in the liquor fund, and $12,684.80 in the sanitation fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Ensign and second by Thornton. Crockett-yes; Thornton-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-yes.
The fire department, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, water authority, parks committee, and solid waste reports were heard.
Approved board attendance to annual MTA educational conference after motion by Crockett and second by Thornton.
Approved pay application #1 from Sugar Construction in the amount of $95,834.57 for park project after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Approved Change order #1 from Sugar Construction in the amount of $1,390.00 to relocate white shed after motion by Crockett and second by Thornton.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:52 pm by Supervisor Wray.
