Meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. with full board and fourteen guests present.
Agenda was amended; move up audit report to #3 and add Item #28 for Hope Road stop sign request. Agenda approved as amended.
Audit report was given. Township passed audit with no findings.
Minutes of September 9 meeting approved as amended.
Public comment held. Santa House requested $1500 contribution for 2025. Light complaint was brought to board by resident; referred to Supervisor.
Clerk report given. Treasurer report not presented due to absence of reports. Bills approved for payment.
Fire department report given; 26 calls since last report. Assistant Chief reported engine is overdue for tires; cost may exceed $2000. Estimates will be presented at next board meeting.
Building Inspector report given; six new permits issued.
Ordinance Enforcement report given; one new violation/following up on two others.
