Board Meeting Minutes (unapproved)
October 8, 2019
The regular meeting of the Lincoln Township Board was called to order by the Clerk at 7:00 pm, with Wray absent, Trinklein, Duford, Ensign, Crockett and 11 guests present.
Trustee Crockett was designated to conduct the meeting
The agenda was approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Ensign.
Public comments were heard and correspondence was read.
The minutes of the September 10, 2019 regular board meeting as corrected were approved after motion by Trinklein and second by Duford.
The treasurer’s report was heard.
Payment of bills in the amount of $15,060.04 in the general fund, $7,110.03 in the fire fund, $10,225.50 in the sanitation fund, and $210.21 in the liquor fund were approved by roll call vote after motion by Duford and second by Ensign. Crockett-yes; Duford-yes; Ensign-yes; Trinklein-yes; Wray-absent.
The fire department, planning commission, building inspector, code enforcement, water authority, solid waste, and park reports were heard.
Approved attendance to MTA seminar after motion by Ensign and second by Trinklein.
Approved purchase of park bench after motion by Duford and second by Ensign.
Reviewed six-month financial reports.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:28 pm by Trustee Crockett.
